What is the differemce between the new loreal elseve hair creme and the current loreal hair serum?
yes it can,as long as you put too much on to your hair,because it will make your hair oily.and if you do that every day,dandruff you will get.too much mosturize you know..about hair serum,you can use it after shampooing.dry towel and then you put the serum.
