Temporary hair dyes such as Loreal's 'Color Pulse'?

I'm looking for something that'll last a few (less than 7-ish?) weeks but hopefully wash out thoroughly after that.

I think Color Pulse is sort of like that, but I absolutely cannot stand that there isn't a dark brown.

I could have sworn I saw something by Clairol, Herbal Essences, or Garnier like that, but I'm probably wrong.

How would Color Pulse's black look on dirty blonde?

Every hair color brand has a toll free 800 number listed on the product box. You can call L'Oreal, or Clairol or any other company's customer service department.

They have color technicians answering the phone and are a great help with advice on what products to buy and what colors to choose.

Bad! Dont do it! Black is the only semipermanent color that will never wash out totally. It may fade to muddy gray but it wont fade. Color pulse in general is nothing more then a stain that rinses to a lighter stain.

Natural instincts by clairol is definitely a safer way to go.. but keep in mind that blonde hair can become stained very easily by darker or red colors and it is VERY hard (and expensive) to get your hair back the way it was.

i tried color pulse and itz really strong!! if you use it it will probably turn out black but it'll fade out the more you wah your hair. the dye fades out each time you wash it

Do NOT put semi-permanent dark hair coloring (any dark hair color, not just black) on your hair if your hair is blonde. If your hair is *dark* blonde, you could probably get away with some dark colors, but definitely not black. Dark colors won't wash out all the way on light hair.
