Im using loreal preference permanent hair color and would like to know how much 40 volume to mix with it?
40 vol is used to bleach wigs. It is not to be used on hair unless it is with a frost and even then will cause some damage. If you let it lay on your scalp you may get burns. i dont know who gave you that information but I am a professional and would not use it with reg color on the scalp.
