i have asian hair so its pretty much black and i was thinking about using iced coffee color pulse on it.. shuld i leave it in longer than usual since my hair is so dark? how will it turn out?

Hey, I'm Asian too and I suggest you not do anything to your hair, one of my friends wanted to dye her black hair brown and instead of turning dark brown, it stayed black but had a reddish tint to it, she hated it so much that she had to go to hairdresser and get it dyed black again. It dried out her hair a lot. If your hair is thick and glossy and shiny, i advise you not to dye it, if you want a change try styling your hair or get it in layers maybe or any other hairstyle...good luck!!!

test it on a strand of hair at the nape of your neck, or some other place not out in the middle

do NOT leave it in longer, it can mess up your hair and the color

my friend went from natural brown, to brown with a black streak, to a red, to red with a black streak, and then went jet-black

then she tried a golden sunny blond from her jet black, and she left it in too long

so the color at her roots was a blinding gold, and the rest of it looked like a kindling fire

it looked horrible because her roots stuck out beneath the red-brown/orange/auburn she ended up having, so now she looks like a messed up fire-head
