Nope, it's not permanent. Nearly all boxed haircolor available at traditional drugstores is semipermanet! That's why haircolor at salons is so much more expensive; among other things, it's usually longer lasting. Unless the box SPECIFICALLY states that the dye is permanent, it's not.
