I'm naturally a very dark brown, I tried to go blonde using Nice and easy and it only died my roots, so i decided 1/2 blonde 1/2 brunette wasent for me and went straight to a brunette with loreal feria. this was about 10 weeks ago, so will using Loreal feria Platinum crystal 120 work on my WHOLE HEAD this time? if not can you suggest something that will?

if you have the money to waste on a million dyes then you should go to a hairdresser because you need to use what they call a stripper or something. they need to strip the colour out of your hair first if you want to go to blonde otherwise i dont think it would really matter what dye you use you will continue to get that same result

The reason why it only lightened your roots is because it sounds like you had color on it already. You said your hair was a darker color than the color you put on your hair. You cannot lift color with color. If your hair has a color in it already, you CANNOT put anything lighter on your hair if you want it lighter.You will have to use bleach to lift the color. And I will give you my professional opinion. It will cost you more money in the long run for color correction. I have fixed soooo many people's hair through the years because they don't know what they are doing when their putting different colors everythime they need a retouch. People have come in green, orange, black, or big bird yellow.

you can not tint ur hair with a dark tint then put a lighter colour on top because tint doesnt lift tint

go to a hairdresser and see wat they say i wouldnt recomend bleaching or put another tint on it cos it will damage your hair
