Loreal hair dye and prego?

Ok so my roots are starting to show really bad and before it gets tacky looking i want to dye back to my natural color. But wasnt sure about dyeing my hair while prego....any advice

Its fine. I actually highlighted mine to help it grow out better instead of dying it. There was some theory about the dye possibly being absorbed through your scalp and hurting the baby but there has been no scientific evidence to support that. Highlighting it is definately ok because they use the foil and it doesn't touch your scalp at all. If it does its practically nothing. I did that just to be on the safe side but everything I read said it was fine to dye it as long as you aren't more sensitive to the fumes when pregnant.

I have been advised it is perfectly safe. The only issue you can have is that your hormones can cause the dye not to set right and your color could come out spotty. This could happen and does not mean it will. I never had any issues. I hope this helps and good luck!
