ive never done my own hair ive always had it colored at the top salons like the carlton and john freida. however lately theyre just not listening to the color i want my hair and are kind of doing their own thing.

No! Feria uses metallic pigments in their dyes, which means if you mess up, no one can or will bleach them out.

If you have never done your own hair, now is not the time to start. It never comes out the way a professional could do it. Instead of going to JF or somewhere like that, try a place in the mall and go to their senior stylist. I've done both routes and have found that the mall girls are much more down to earth and pay attention to what you want.
