your hair might turn more Burgundy. On the side of the package the hair colour you have will indicate how red your hair will go, If your looking for like pure red you need to bleach your hair out. if your going to do that i recommend getting it professionally done. so their will be no problems like green hair or something stupid like that

Ive tried it and it didnt work for me..maybe in the light it shows a lil..i say dont bother

Ive used the red once before, it was great! But my hair is blonde. I also used it on my friend, who has dark brown hair, and it turned her hair a dark shade of purple. Soo u might not want to dye it that color, unless you want your hair purple!!

Your hair will most likely turn a purplish color. In order for it to show up red like that, you have to bleach it first.
