Don't dye your hair blonde yourself. You'll regret it. Go to a professional and bring the picture. They can have you hair that EXACT color without you suffering the horrors of a bad hair dye.

if you want to go that light i wouldnt suggest using store bought dye, go to a pro. Blonde is a toughcolour to get so i wouldnt take any chances
